PVC Pipes
IS 4985 : 2000
The PVC pipes are used in both commercial and residential sectors. The application of the PVC pipes includes their use in plumbing, sewage and drainage systems, drinking water distribution, irrigation systems, chemical handling, fume, exhaust and ventilation ducts, and recreation purposes.
PVC pipes are inherently strong, lightweight, flexible, easy to handle and economic. Along with all these qualities, their long-lifespan and recyclability make them the prime economic option for residential as well as commercial building construction projects.

IS 12786 : 1989
A pipe is a tubular section or hollow cylinder, usually but not necessarily of circular cross-section, used mainly to convey substances which can flow — liquids and gases (fluids), slurries, powders and masses of small solids.

Inline Pipes
IS 13488 : 2008
Round drip irrigation pipe is the most common type of micro irrigation pipe used. This thick walled, semi flexible tube is produced from Polyethylene (PE) in a continuous extrusion process and is sold in coils of long length.
Usually two holes are then drilled into the tubing at a precise location for every emitter, where the water will drip out. Installations where plants are either very close together or evenly spaced no greater than 3 feet on center, lend themselves perfectly for Inline.
